The Classics Club is a club created to inspire people to read and blog about classic books. There’s no time limit to join. You simply sign up to read and write on your blog about at least 50 classic books in at most five years.
The books on this list are all books I own, either physical books on the bookshelves or e-books on Kindle. I would like to think that I’ll read them within the next five years (that is by April 2018!!). April 2018 has been and gone and I didn’t read all 50 books, having read 26 books by that date. I’m carrying on … and extending the end date to 2020.
I like the fact that this doesn’t have to be a fixed list and I’ve altered it several times – this is my current list.

Hi! I’m the person who founded The Classics Club forever ago, then slunk away because I was slightly overwhelmed by how many people joined, ha ha! I just wanted to say hello to you & cheer you on in your list! I’ve read a few of these titles, & have a few on my own TBR. Sending good thoughts! 🙂
