Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created by The Broke and the Bookish and now hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl. For the rules see her blog.
The topic this week is The topic this week is April Showers — Pick your own title for this one to reflect the direction you choose to go with this prompt (books with rain on the cover/in the title, that have rainstorms in the story, or that have anything to do with rain).
I’ve read all of these, so the links go to my posts about them.

- The Rain Before it Falls by Jonathan Coe
- Rain by Melissa Harrison
- The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware
- Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet by Jamie Ford
- Started Early Took My Dog by Kate Atkinson
- Exposure by Helen Dunmore
- The Expats by Chris Pavone
- The End of the Affair by Graham Greene
- Blue Lightning by Ann Cleeves
- The Storm Sister by Lucinda Riley
This is a great chain, Margaret! And you’ve chosen some excellent authors (Ware, Atkinson, Cleeves, etc.). It’s good to see Chris Pavone here, too; I’ve not read him lately and should.

I’m awe of people who can call to mind covers with particular things on them. I’m hopeless at that.

I have a copy of The Woman in Cabin 10 but haven’t read it yet. I need to read more Ann Cleeves – I love her Three Rivers series.

Nice choices! The only one I’ve read is Ford’s. It was a good book.

Several here that appeal to me. The only one I’ve read is the Ruth Ware book, quite some time back. This was an interesting ‘top ten’! :-)

Some great choices here. I love the Jackson Brodie books and am excited to read the new one later this year.

Very nice selection! I only read The Expats and Kate Atkinson’s book. Some of these would have been perfect for my umbrella-centric list:

I like a good rainy/stormy setting and cover. I’ve only read two of these, though.
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
