- Art historian – Robert Langdon in Dan Brown’s The Da Vinci Code
- Author – Ariadne Oliver in Agatha Christie’s books eg Cards on the Table
- Editor – Isabel is a philosopher and editor in Alexander McCall Smith’s Isabel Dalhousie series eg The Sunday Philosopher Club.

- Lawyer – Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee
- Singer – Penny Cartwright, a folk singer in some of Peter Robinson’s Inspector Banks’ books eg A Dedicated Man

You came up with some really interesting occupations and book titles. The DiVinci Code and To Kill a Mocking Bird were favorites.

Oh, this is such a creative idea for a Top 10 meme, Margaret! I’d put bookseller at the top of my list, too! That’s a really interesting thing to contemplate, too: jobs that fictional characters have. Hmm….lots of ‘food for thought’ here, so thanks.

I’m actually working on becoming an accredited genealogist right now. All I have left is the testing, which is, unfortunately, on hold during the pandemic. I’ll get there eventually! I haven’t read IN BITTER CHILL, so I’m definitely going to take a closer look at that one.
Happy TTT!
