I only thought to add in books from my e-readers afterwards! Muriel Spark is a favourite of this challenge. The Orwell is excellent. I also enjoyed the Stevenson, an unusual little book.

I always love a Muriel Spark for this challenge and I didn’t realise there was a short little Maeve Kerrigan book!

Lovely choices, Margaret. You’ve reminded me that I must get more familiar with Muriel Sparks’ work. And some of Jane Casey’s novels are terrific. Ooh, and Orwell and Stevenson, too. What a nice variety!

I’ve only read Daisy Miller and that was too long ago to remember! The one about Muriel Spark sounds good. I’m looking forward, as usual, to both Novellas in November and Nonfiction November.

Daisy Miller. I didn’t realize it was a novella. I’ve always wanted to read it. The Donkey book by Stevenson sounds fun.
