which for me is Wives and Daughters by Elizabeth Gaskell. The rules of the Spin are that this is the book for me to read by May 1, 2017.

Wives and DaughtersI’m pleased with the result as it will give me the push to get round to reading more of Elizabeth Gaskell’s novels.

  1. All I’ve read by Elizabeth Gaskell is a book of her supernatural short stories which were very good indeed. This sounds interesting so I hope you get on ok with it.

  2. Looks like you got a good result from the spin – I hope you enjoy it. I have loved taking part in these spins, but I am already reading My Lady Ludlow by Elizabeth Gaskell, which is my fiftieth and final book!
