The entertaining and friendly type. They are especially attuned to pleasure and beauty and like to fill their surroundings with soft fabrics, bright colors and sweet smells. They live in the present moment and don´t like to plan ahead – they are always in risk of exhausting themselves.
They enjoy work that makes them able to help other people in a concrete and visible way. They tend to avoid conflicts and rarely initiate confrontation – qualities that can make it hard for them in management positions.
Well, I don’t live in the present moment and I do like to plan ahead. The rest is OK – I hope I’m friendly and I don’t like conflict at all – that was hard when I was a Rights of Way Officer because that job was all about conflict and confrontation and I did it for years!

Yes, I took that Oxford World Classics test, too, and ended up as Alice in Wonderland. Didn’t surprise me – I’m a first class daydreamer! But Lady Bracknell has always been a part I’d love to play!

Exactly like you on each one, Margaret! some of those questions were unanswerable – whole sets? I’ve never read any of those groups in their entirety. And the vacation ones were unconnected I thought. I definitely do not plan ahead. It’s so funny because I’m very organized in most ways, but I don’t like saying I’m going to do a certain thing on a certain day. Maybe because my kids are grown and I don’t ‘have’ to be at a field hockey game or a concert or a recital or on and on and on, so I just go where my mood takes me. Sort of semi-retirement I call it. :<) I am like that with the fabrics, etc. That girl at the bar looks pretty sloshed, wouldn’t you say?? Is that us? And wouldn’t we have fun if it were!!

Nan, – those sets of books were impossible I just picked the one I liked the most of – can’t remember which now. That girl looks as though she’s having a good time – let’s drink to that! The photo on the header is the view at the front of our house – of the field across the lane and the house at the far side, our house is probably about the same date but a lot smaller! Although the snow in the UK is the heaviest snowfall in 18 years in this little corner it’s just what we usually get – about four inches, not too bad at all, the main roads are clear. More snow is forecast though!
